Why Massage Therapy?

The innate wisdom of healing lies within each of us, and taking the time to examine patterns, in mind or body, is a purposeful step toward wholeness. Armed with relevant information, we all have an impact over our state of health, our body processes, and our physical comfort.

By manipulating the restrictions and adhesions of the musculature and surrounding connective tissues, the body is able to release from chronic holding patterns caused by the activities of daily living. This can promote emotional liberation as well.
